RICHARD DYER.

This is the last will and testament of me Richard Dyer of Logy Bay in the East End of St. John's. I give bequeath and devise all the property of every description of which I may die possessed of to my wife Mary Dyer during her lifetime. After my said wifes death I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Rebecca and her son Stephen the farm land situate on the Logy Bay Road and containing about six acres. I give bequeath and devise the rest and residue of my estate to my son John Dyer. And I appoint my said son John executor of this my will. Dated at St. John's the 1^st day October A.D. 1914.
