Will of Mary Dwyer Last Will and Testament of This is my last will and testament of I Mary Dwyer of Bell Isle this twenty fourth day of July one thousand eight hundred and ninety four I bequeath to my son Richard Dwyer the dwelling house meadow the west part and my daughter Mary Joseph Kenady to have three acres on the East side and also to have one cow after my death and also to have one bed and pillow two quilts and one blanket picture and trunk. - My daughter Ann Fitzgerald is to have the piece of land East of the road and the grazing ground and the piece of land the outside meadow one cow and bedding and my large trunk. Myria Brining is to have a place to bild house. (Sgd) Mary her x mark Dwyer. Witness James his x mark Fitzgerald. Witness Thomas x his mark Kavanagh. (Sgd) Wm. Bennett. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Mary Dwyer deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
