Will of John Dwyer In re In the name of God Amen. I John Dwyer of Holyrood North Arm Electoral District of Hr. Main Fisherman being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding and in fairly good health do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament. (1) I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Elizabeth Dwyer all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to hold unto her, her heirs executors and administrators according to the respective natures and qualities of the said premises absolutely and for ever (2) I appoint my adopted son Michael Dwyer Executor of this my last will and Testament at the same time revoking all former wills whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of July A.D. 1906. John X Dwyer Signed by the said Testator as his last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses, it having been first read over to and explained to the said Testator J. Murphy R. Dwyer J.P. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
