      This is my last will and testament: I will to Mrs. Michael Tobin all the furniture and effects of my house, I will her $20.00 out of the proceeds of my property.    I will that my house, land, stable, and twelve feet of waterside property next to Patrick Tobins and anything else I own to be sold and proceeds ($20.00 above mentioned excepted) to be given for Masses for myself, father and mother, greater part for his own soul    Patt Dunne is to get my watch.    I hereby appoint Michael Tobin my executor.    Signed Patrick his X mark Dunne.    Witnesses: Michael his X mark Tobin     Mary Joe her X mark Dunne     Dated May 1^st‘13
