Will of Mary Ann Thompson Duff from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 470 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Mary Ann Thompson, of Halifax Nova Scotia, widow. I give devise and bequeath unto my three daughters, namely, Agnes Simpson, Jean MacGlashon and Mary T. (Maysie) Morrison, all and singular whatsoever monies, chattels and effects of every description I may die possessed to be equally divided between them. And I appoint the above named daughters Agnes Simpson, Jean MacGlashon and Mary T. Morrison to be the executors of this my said will, hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made, and declaring this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Dominion, Nova Scotia, this second day of October Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen. MARY A. THOMPSON DUFF. SIGNED by the said testator as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other and at her request have hereunto set our names as witnesses Alexander McMullan E.
