they shall bear proportionable part of the lots proportionable to the Legacy given them But if no lots happen then the said moneys shall be paid as they arrive ???at the age of twenty one years old As for my granddaughter Mary Lydia I give she what I was placing in my lifetime And as for the rest of my worldly estate as mortgages bonds ready money goods and chattels from leases and all that my personal estate I give to my wife for life Rebecca?? and I do make her my wife sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking all former and other wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made ratifying and confirming this and no other as my last will and testament to stand and be my only last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of September in the ninth year of the reign of our most gracious Queen Anne by the grace of God Queen of Great Britain and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord God 1710. In the Name of God Amen I David Langer of the parish of Milford in the County of Southton ???being in health and of sound and perfect memory and remembrance praised be God do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following viz. Imprimis I bequeath my soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker hoping through the ???death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour to retain full and free pardon of all my sins and commit my body to the earth from where it was taken to be decently buried at the discretion of my executor hereafter mentioned and as touching that temporal estate which the Lord in mercy hath been graciously pleased to bless me I give and bequeath in manner following viz. Whereas there articles of agreement between me the said David Langer and Elizabeth my now wife had made sealed and delivered

before our marriage my will and desire is that all and every the articles covenants and agreements mentioned expressed and contained in and by the said articles be truly performed fulfilled and kept and all and every ???and ??? of I now in the said articles mentioned to be paid to my said wife be truly paid by my executor hereafter nominated according to the true intent and meaning of the said Articles And for an addition to the money therein mentioned to be paid I give unto my said wife one guinea. Item I give unto my son John Langar the mill millhouse and Mulhouse which I now dwell in to hold to him and his assigns immediately from and after my decease for and during all his residue and remainder of the term of fourscore and nineteen years which are yet to come and unexpired (if the said John and David my sons or either of them shall happen so long to live) yielding and paying yearly and every year out of the said mill Mulhouse and premises unto ???my son until he shall attain to the age of one and twenty years the yearly sum of five pounds of good and lawful money of England to be yearly issuing and going out of the said premises and from and after the end and expiration of the said term that the said ???my son shall attain to the said age of one and twenty years then that my son John his executors and assigns shall render and pay yearly and every year unto David my son for and during the natural life of the said David the yearly sum of three pounds of lawful English money to be yearly issuing and going out of the said mill mulhouse and premises bequeathed as aforesaid but if in the case the said John my son happen to die unmarried without issue and the said David my son survive him then that the said mill mulhouse and premises shall return to the said David my son for and during his natural life the said David my son giving and paying yearly and every year unto the said ???my son until he attain the said age of one and twenty years the said sum of five pounds of good and lawful money of England as aforesaid and from and after the end and expiration of the said term that the said ???my son shall attain to the said age of one and twenty years then that the said David my son shall render and pay yearly and every year unto Joseph and the said ???my son the yearly sum of three pounds of good and lawful money of England to be equally divided between them during all the natural life of the said David my son

Item all the rest of my personal estate goods and chattels whatsoever moveable and immovable not before herein by me bequeathed I give and bequeath unto David my son upon condition he shall pay all my debts and legatees and discharge all my funeral expenses making him sole executor of this my last will and testament and I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all former wills and testaments whatsoever heretofore by me made but if in case the said David my son shall happen to die without issue of his body on the body of his wife lawfully to be begotten or begotten that then and in such casse my will and desire is that the said David my son his executors administrators or assigns as and shall render and return back unto my then surviving children the sum of fifty pounds which I desire may be equally divided amongst the survivors of them as aforesaid their heirs or assigns and I do hereby nominate desire and appoint my faithful and well beloved friends (alongside this line in the margin is "of Southton aforesaid ___ yeoman Thomas Wood of Milford in the said county") ???Leitch? of ???within the parish of Christchurch and County of Southton ???Nicholas Page of ???with the said parish of Milford Yeoman and Edward Drayton of Lymington in the said county of Southton Tailor to be overseers of this my last will and testament
In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament contained in two sheets of paper at the top set my hand and at the bottom of the second and last sheet set my seal the sixteenth day of March in the twelfth year of the reign of our sovereign lord William the Third by the grace of God of England Scotland ???and Ireland king defender of the faith (3rd ???1699).
