In re
     MARGARET DRISCOLL.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will of me, Margaret Driscoll of St. John's Newfoundland and I revoke all former Wills by me made.

I appoint and nominate Michael W. Myrick of St. John's aforesaid Undertaker executor of this my Will.

1. I direct my executor to erect a suitable iron rail around my family burial plot at Belvidere and a headstone or monument large enough to bear the inscription of the names of my deceased father, mother, brothers and myself.
2. I direct my executor to have twenty dollars worth Masses said for the repose of the souls of my deceased father, mother, brothers and myself.
3. I give and bequeath to my first cousin James Myrick the sum of twenty five dollars.
4. I give and bequeath to my second cousin Michael J. Myrick the sum of twenty five dollars.
5. I give the residue of my estate to my sister Mrs Bridget Pendergast at present of Lawrence Mass.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my last Will at St. John's aforesaid this 28^th day of February 1927.

Signed by the Testatrix as and for her last will by making her mark in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witness being first read over and explained.
