      MARIA DRAKE.       DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Maria Drake of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Spinster. I give all my property to my brother John M. Drake of Hartford, Connecticut, United States of America, Marble-Cutter and appoint him Executor of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St John's aforesaid this Nineteenth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand nine hundred and twenty five.
