Will of James Doyle In re This is the last will and Testament
of me James Doyle, Fisherman of Petty Harbor in the Central District
of St. John’s West, and as touching such worldly estate wherewith
it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give demise and dispose
of the same in the following manner and form I give devise and bequeath
to my son William Doyle his heirs and assigns that piece and parcel of
land on which my house is built together with the house situate in Skinners
Hill with garden & stable also the southern half of that piece of
land situate on the Bay Bulls Road on the following condition that he
pay or cause to be paid the amount of Five Dollars to my Daughter Nora
Kiely, Five Dollars to my second Daughter Isabelle and Five Dollars to
my youngest Daughter Minnie Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
