EDWARD DOYLE.

This is the last will and testament of me Edward Doyle of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland - I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my wife her heirs and assigns absolutely except Five hundred dollars ($500.00) of the amount which will be payable to my estate by the St. John's Masonic Mutual Life Insurance Association at my death this five hundred dollars ($500.00) I give and bequeath unto Annie Norman of St. John's who has been my wife's trusted and faithful maid for nearly ten years this bequest is made with the full knowledge and concurrence of my wife who as my executrix will cause the said sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to be given the said Annie Norman provided always that she is in our service at the time of my death and should she have previously left our service my executrix shall have the sole right to consider and decide whether her previous services entitles her to any portion of the Five hundred dollars ($500.00) named herein. I hereby appoint my wife sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this twenty second day of November A.D. 1928. E. DOYLE. Signed sealed and declared by the said Edward Doyle as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof.
