Will of John Dowden, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 360 probate year 1931 IN RE. DECEASED THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me John Dowden, Logy Bay Road in the district of St John's East, Farmer. First. I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. Second. I appoint Donald Dowden my son to be sole executor of this my will. Third. I order and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and death duties shall first be paid in full. Fourth. I give devise and bequeath my piano to my daughter Jessie Buckley at present living in Boston. Fifth. I give devise and bequeath half my household furniture to my wife Sophia Dowden. Sixth I give devise and bequeath to my said son Donald Dowden the other half of my household furniture and the whole of all other property of every kind and description of which I die possessed for his own use absolutely. John Dowden.
