Will of James Dooley In re This is the last will and Testament of me James Dooley of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Shipwright I give devise and bequeath unto my three daughters Mary Dooley Catherine Dooley and Agnes Dooley all the estate and effects of whatever kind or description of which I shall die possessed and I appoint the said Mary Dooley the sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this Twenty-fifth day of May A.D. 1908 - James Dooley - witness published and declared by the Testator and for his last will and Testament in the presence of these two subscribers witness who is in his presence and in the presence of each other did see him sign the same and have set our hands hereto as subscribing as witnesses witness Kate Brennan Charles Foley. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
