Last will and Testament of Simon
Donovan of St. John's Insurance Agent..

I Simon Donovan of St. John's Insurance Agent do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament. First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid. Secondly. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Eliza all and whatsoever goods property chattels lands tenements and effects of whatsoever nature or kind or wheresoever the same be situate of which I may die possessed or entitled to and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Eliza as executrix of this my will and do revoke and declare null and void all wills by me heretofore made
