Will of William Donnelly from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 476 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of William Donnelly of St. John's Laborer. First I hereby renounce all former wills and testaments made by me and revoke all gifts and bequests contained in the same. Second. I hereby will and bequeath the two western tenements numbered twenty to my nephew John Donnelly and the two eastern tenements numbered eighteen I will and bequeath to my nephew Joseph Donnelly All my effects and furniture I bequeath to John Donnelly my nephew My funeral expenses shall be a first charge upon my estate and shall be paid out of the same by John Kavanagh of Hearn & Co. whom I hereby appoint my executor. The tenements disposed of in this will are situate on south west street Wm. his x mark Donnelly. Signed published and declared by the testator to and for his last will and testament on this fourth day of November Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names witnesses the same having been first read over to said testator and explained Jeremiah his x mark Bradbury William Wilson J. J. Murphy Registrar.
