                              In the name of God. Amen
I Catherine Donnelly of ST JOHN'S spinster do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament. First, I revoke annual and declare void all other and former wills made by me. Second, I hereby appoint my nephew Patrick J. Kent to be the executor of this my will. Third, I direct my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid as soon as possible after my death. Fourth, I give and bequeath everything of which I may die possessed or entitled to my brother Rt Rev Joseph V. Donnelly for life and after his death to my niece Nellie F. Kent for life and subject to the life interests of my said brother and niece I give everything to my said nephew Patrick J. Kent absolutely.

her last will and testament by the said
testatrix in our presence who in her presence
and in the presence of each other have hereto
subscribed our names as witnesses this 26^th
day of June 1929- having been first read
over and explained to the said testatrix
and she said she understood and was satisfied.
