MARY DINN

This is the last will and testament of Mary Dinn (nee Mary Maddigan) of Witless Bay in the Island of Newfoundland
I do hereby give, devise, and bequeath all my Property, namely one half of dwelling house and all the land surrounding it, also that piece of land situated on the South Side Hill, and divided by Railway, bounded on the north by the property of Peter Maddigan, and on the south by the property of Edward Maddigan unto my husband Patrick Dinn to have and to hold as his own until his death.
After the death of my aforesaid husband husband Patk Dinn, the aforesaid half of house and all the other property is to go to my son John.
Witness my hand at Witless Bay aforesaid this 12^th day of January in the year of our Lord ninteen hundred and twenty four.
