Will of Mary Ann Dillon, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 259 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

          MARY ANN DILLON

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTMENT OF me, Mary ANN Dillon of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow.
1. I hereby appoint Michael Myrick of St John's aforesaid Undertaker to be executor of this my last will.
2. I give, devise and bequeath my bed, bedding and furniture of every description contained in my house No 5 Prospect Street to Mrs Ellen Manning of Torbay, wife of Frank Manning.
3. I hereby give my dwelling house No 5 Prospect Street St John's together with the residue of my property to my executor IN TRUST to sell the said house and out of the proceeds of such sale and of the residue to pay:
1. My funeral and Testamentary expenses.

2. To pay the sum of Fifty dollars to the Sister of Mercy Belvedere Orphanage Belvidere Cemetery Committee, M.W.M. D.F.K. IN TRUST to apply the interest thereon for the upkeep of my plot in the Cemetery.

3. To divide the residue of my estate equally between Rev. Sr. Mary Imelda (NEE Clancy) of the Presentation Convent St John's West and the Rev John W. Carter, Curate of the Cathedral Parish St John's. Provided that should either of these two residuary legatees pre-decease me than the whole of the residue shall go to the survivor.
This 5th day of May A.D. 1925.
