      This is the last will and testament of me Maurice A. Devine of St. John’s Printer and Publisher:-    First I will and bequeath all that I am now possessed of or shall hereafter become possessed of to my wife Bridget Devine nee Kinsella.    Second. I do hereby appoint my said wife as sole executrix of this my last will and testament.    M. A. Devine.    Signed published and declared as and for his last will and testament by the said testator on this 3^rd day of June A.D. 1896 in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed and set our names as witnesses T.J.
