of Thomas Devereux
of Trepassey Fisherman Deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Devereux of Trepassey Newfoundland fisherman. I Thomas Devereux above named do hereby declare this to be my last will and Testament. I revoke all former wills at any time heretofore made by me. My will is that my brothers be provided for as follows. To my brother Michael $800.00 To my brother Robert $650.00 To my brother William $600.00 To my brother Michael's wife Ann $200.00 To the Rev. William Born $400.00 To my nephew Richard (of James) $150.00 To my nephew George $100.00 To my nephew Joseph $100.00 To my brother Laurence $200.00
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will this 10^th day of April 1890 Thomas his x mark Devereux Signed and delivered by the said Thomas Devereux as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in the presence and at his request and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
