In the Supreme court,

In re Stephen Densmore late of the Old Petty Harbour Road, near Saint John's, in the Island of Newfoundland, Retired Farmer, deceased.

Deceased.
OATH OF EXECUTOR

Probate granted to Peter Densmore on the 1st. Day of December A.D. 1960

Value of Estate $6,020.00.

To the Honourable the Supreme Court of Newfoundland or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof.

The petition of Peter Densmore of Melrose, in the United States of America, but at present of Saint John's, in the Island of Newfoundland, Employee Boston Terminal.

HUMBLY SHEWETH
  1. That Stephen Densmore late of the Old Petty Harbour Road, near Saint John's aforesaid, Retired Farmer, deceased, died at Saint John's aforesaid on or about the 21st day of November A.D. 1960 having previously made and executed his last will and testament which is hereto annexed marked "A", and of which he appointed your petitioner Executor.
  2. Said deceased at the time of his death was possessed of property within the jurisdiction of your Honourable Court of the probable value of $6,020.00.
  3. The inventory and valuation hereto annexed marked "B" is to the best of petitioner's knowledge information and belief a just and true inventory and valuation of the property estate and effects of said deceased at the time of his death asfar as petitioner can at present ascertain.
  4. No probate ofany will nor letters of administration to the estate of said deceased have been granted to any person.

Petitioner therefore prays that letters of probate of the will of the said deceased may be granted to him.

And as in duty bound petitioner will ever pray etc.

THIS is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Densmore of the Old Petty Harbour Road near Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Retired Farmer.

  1. I appoint my brother Peter Densmore of Melrose in the United States of America Executor of this my Will.
  2. I give to my nephew William Densmore of Saint John's aforesaid Fireman at the Hospital for Mental and Nervous Diseases ALL THAT eighty eight acres of land situate at Kilbride near Saint John's aforesaid and being more particularly described in a Deed Poll from John Charles Murphy and others to Cyril B. Murphy dated the twentieth day of June Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and forty two absolutely and forever.
  3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my lands, goods, property, moneys, securities, chattels, estate and effects of every description I give devise and bequeath to my said brother Peter Densmore for his own use and benefit and forever and absolutely

WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 29th day of November Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and fifty six.
