Will of John Delaney In re In the name of God Amen I John Delaney of Bay Roberts in the Island of Newfoundland Master Mariner being of sound mind and memory though now weak in body make this my last will and testament That is to say I give and bequeath to my nephew James Delaney of Jas all my right title and interest in my part of my late Fathers property situated at the River head of Bay Roberts aforesaid with all dwellings and erection thereon including my portion of waterside to be his his heirs administrators and assigns forever with the understanding that he the said James Delaney aforesaid is not to partake of or demand cy of his Father (Late James Delaney) property from his brother Michael Joseph Delaney and sisters. But Michael Joseph Delaney is to have the use of a portion of the Cellar and part of the stable until such time as he the said Michl Joseph can provide same for himself In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth Day of April one thousand nine hundred and four John Delaney (LS) Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of the subscribers and in the presence of each other W.H.
