      I James Delaney do hereby give unto my daughter Margaret Jane Macdonnell all my right title and interest in that piece or parcel of land with the dwellings thereon belonging to the Estate of the late Michael Flynn situated at Beachy Cove Bay Roberts in the Island of Newfoundland.
