Will of James Dawson Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and testament of me James Dawson of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland. I appoint Martin W. Furlong of St. John's aforesaid solicitor and Fenwick Crane of the same place accountant to be my executors and the guardians of my infant daughter Florence Mary Dawson and I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath unto my executors all my real and personal estate and effects of what nature and kind soever wherever the same may be to hold the same in trust for my daughter Florence Mary until she will have attained the age of twenty one years with power to my said executors to lease any lands and to invest any moneys which may be in their hands or which may come into their hands and to vary or charge any such or other investments. In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament set my hand this 9th day of February 1894. (Sgd) James Dawson. Signed by the testator and acknowledged by him to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses. - (sgd) will.
