Will of Susanna Dawe, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 277 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

SUSANNA DAWE

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Susanna Dawe, wife of Hon Eli Dawe, of Coleys Point, Bay Roberts, in the Island of Newfoundland made this twenty-sixth day of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.
I HEREBY revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore.
I appoint my son-in-law Donald G. Fraser and James Norman to be my executors, and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto
I. My daughter Emma Dawe, one-third of my interest in the United Towns Electric Co, and one-quarter of my Bank of Montreal Deposits.
II. I give and bequeath to my son, Robert George Dawe, one third of my interest in the United Towns Electric Co.
III. I give and bequeath to my daughter Winifred Susie Dawe (1) my wearing apparel to do with as she wishes, (2) any other articles of mine with the exception of those named elsewhere, (3) my wedding ring, (4) Gold Brooch which belonged to my deceased daughter Mary Fraser, (5) one-third of my interest in the United Towns Electric Co. (6) one-quarter of my Bank of Montreal deposits (7) my Royal Bank of Canada deposits (8) one gold chain.
IV. I give and bequeath to the children of my deceased daughter Mary Fraser, as follows:-
i. To Dorothy Gordon Fraser, one gold ring (keeper)
ii. To Jean McLeod Fraser, "Birks Gold Ring" and pendant gold piece.
iii. To Margaret Winifred Fraser, a gold bracelet.
iv. To Mary Alexandra Fraser, a gold brooch.
v. To Katherine Elizabeth Fraser, a gold cluster ring.
vi. To Eleanor Gertrude Allison Fraser a gold watch and one-half of my DEPOSITS in the Government Savings BANK, at Bay Roberts to be used for her education at the discretion of her father Donald G. Fraser.
viii. To Edythe Patricia Fraser a gold brooch and one-half my deposits in the Government Savings Bank at Bay Roberts to be used for her education at the discretion of her father Donald G. Fraser.
iv. I give and bequeath unto the children of my deceased daughter Mary Fraser, one half my Bank of Montreal deposits to be equally divided among them, and to be used at the discretion of their father Donald G. Fraser.
v. I give and bequeath to my niece Elsa Carson a gold brooch.
vi. I give and bequeath to my sister Fanny Mercer a gold chain.
