My last will and testament made at 123 Indian Road, Toronto, Canada, on April 23^rd 1928.

To Le Roy Davis I leave two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) of my life insurance, in trust to his mother, until he becomes of age.
To Maysie L. Davis I leave two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) of my life insurance.
To Dorothy Davis I leave two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) (this amount is mentioned in body of life insurance policy in Clarence C. Davis name)
To my wife Maggie Davis I leave two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) of my life insurance.
Also two hundred shares in the Rouyn Astoria God mine, Quebec.
And half my stock in the Imperial Oil Coy. And whatever money in bank at time of my death.
To Clarence C. Davis I leave all my household furniture, and personal effects also my remaining stock in the Imperial Oil Coy.
