      JOHN DAVIS.       DECEASED.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, John Davis of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Retired Janitor.

I revoke all former Wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath all my property and effects of whatsoever kind I may die possessed to my daughter Caroline Jones of Boston in the State of Massachusetts in the United States of America Married Woman for her own use and benefit and I appoint Thomas Benson of St. John's Fireman the executor of this my will.

WITNESS my hand at St. John's aforesaid this Eleventh day of April Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence both present at the same time who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof.
