      David Davies          deceased.

      This is the Last will and Testament of me David Davies 7 Lewis Terrace New Quay in the County of Cardigan. I give and devise all and everything of which I may die possessed of or be entitled to unto my daughters Mary Ellen and Lizzie Caroline, except the house which I own at St. John’s Newfoundland, this I give to my wife Christina as long as she remains a widow if she re-marries, the house at St. John’s I give to my said daughters Mary Ellen and Lizzie Caroline whom are to provide a home for my sons Lewis & John at 7 Lewis Terrace. I appoint my said daughters to be the executors of this my will Dated this 19^th day of June 1894.
