Last Will and Testament of
Michael Dalton of St. John's
Miner deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Michael Dalton of St. John's Miner. First I will and bequeath all that I am possessed of to my beloved wife Bridget Dalton and my children, and in case that she my beloved wife may desire to sell the leasehold interest in the dwelling house in which I now live she is at liberty to do so. Second. I appoint my wife as sole executrix of this my last will and Testament. (Sgd) Michl his x mark Dalton. Signed published and declared by said Testator to and for his last will and Testament on this 5^th January 1897 in and presence who in his presence and at his request and in presence of each other have hereto set our names as witnesses the same having been first read over and explained to him (sgd) T. J. Murphy Solr. (Sgd) Martin his x mark Nugent
