In re DECEASED.
MARY DALTON.
In the name of God Amen.
I Mary Dalton, of the settlement of Conception Harbour in the electoral district
of Harbour Main, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this life do make, publish
and declare this to be my last will and testament as follows. First;
I give and devise to Bernard Dalton all the land I Possess consisting of
two strips or parcels and bounded as follows; (NO 1 strip_ On the north by
the main road, on the south by the sea, on the east by Mahoneys land and
on the west by Daltons land; (No 2 strip) On the north by Daltons land, on
the south by the sea, on the east by NO 1 strip above mentioned and on the
west by Edward Daltons land. The said Bernard Dalton is a resident
of the above named settlement district and dominion, and the land referred
to is also situated in the same place, Second and last; I hereby
constitute and appoint Edward Dalton to be the executor of this my last will
and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying
and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
