James H. Curtis deceased.
The last will and Testament of
James Henry Curtis late of Harbour Grace in the Colony of Newfoundland,
now residing at South Side of St. John’s in the aforesaid Colony,
Engineer being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this
my last will and Testament in the manner following
1. I give
and bequeath my silver watch and chain to my Grand-son James Curtis
2.
All my other property that is to say all Lands or Plots of land together
with my House and Furniture contained in same except that portion of it
which already belongs to my wife, together with all moneys shall be divided
into Two equal shares, the one share I leave absolutely to my wife Elizabeth
Ann Curtis, and the other share of equal proportion I leave absolutely
to my son George Curtis of Harbor Grace Cooper witness
my hand this Twentieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and four
