Will of George Curtis from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 507 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
George Curtis.

This is the last will and testament of me, George Curtis, of Trepassey in the Southern District, Telegraph line repairer.

I appoint my son John James Cutis to be my executor.

I give devise and bequeath to my son John J. My dwelling house and furniture with the exception of my sideboard and organ which is to be the property of my daughter Mary Ann Bulger now in U.S.A.

I give devise etc to my two sons John J. and James A. Curtis all my land equally between them.

I give etc my motor boat, dory & fishing gear and my new store to my sons John J. & James A. For their sole use and benefit equally.

My beach property and my part of the old store there to go to my two sons and my nephew John M. Curtis equally.

My barking kettle and jack screw if sold half the proceeds thereof to be divided between John J., James A. and John M. Curtis equally.

In witness whereof I the said George Curtis have to this my last will and testament signed my name at Trepassey this seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.
GEORGE CURTIS.
Signed by the testator and acknowledge by him to be his last will and testament in our presence and in the presence of each other present at the same time and in his presence who have herewith subscribed our names as witnesses.
