In re
William Curby DECEASED.
In the name of God Amen I William
Curby of Holyrood Conception Bay N.F.LD. being of sound mind and memory for
which I thank God, do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament.
First I give and bequeath to my wife Alice and our daughter Bell all
my land Dwelling House and all out houses It is to be
all my daughter Bell’s after her mothers death My wife Alice is to have
controll until she lives But if she should remarry will have no more claim
it will all be my daughter Bell.
Second I give and will to my wife and daughter above named all my money in
Bank of Montreal My daughter Bell to receive Two thousand dol. ($2.000) when
she marry or at the age of 30 years. My
land and house is not to be sold.
I hereby sign my hand & seal this day 21 dec 1922 WILLIAM
CURBY
