Will of Peter Cullen In re General Hospital St. John’s, N.F. May 1st 1913. I Peter Cullen, hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. To my son, Mogue Joseph, I bequeath my dwelling-house and all therein; and also my two barns and all therein My son Mogue Joseph now to come into possession of above named house and barns until after the death of my wife Catherine Cullen, and my wife to have full control over same whilst she lives. My daughter Mary must have one room of house at her disposal always. I bequeath all my lands cultivated and otherwise, to my wife Catherine during her life, and after her death to become the property of my son Mogue Joseph. I also bequeath all my horses, cattle and all my properties to my wife Catherine, whilst she lives; after her death to become the property of my son Mogue Joseph. Signed Peter his X mark Cullen.
