of John Crotty
of St. John's in the Central District Deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me John Crotty of St. John's in the Central District of Newfoundland Cooper. I give devise and bequeath all the property of every description which I may die possessed of to my daughter Bridget Kane wife of Patrick Kane. And I appoint Patrick Kane, executor of this my will. John his x mark Crotty Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us who in his presence at his request & in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses. St. John's Jan 10^th 1890 having been first read over and explained. Michael his x mark Walsh Jos. P. Carty. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of John Crotty.
