Will of John Crotty from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 467 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me John Crotty of St. John's in the Central District of Newfoundland Cooper. I give devise and bequeath all the property of every description which I may die possessed of to my daughter Bridget Kane wife of Patrick Kane. And I appoint Patrick Kane, executor of this my will. John his x mark Crotty Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us who in his presence at his request & in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses. St. John's Jan 10th 1890 having been first read over and explained. Michael his x mark Walsh Jos. P. Carty. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of John Crotty.
