Will of Lavinia Cousins from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 452 probate
year 1929 IN RE DECEASED. I, Lavinia Cousens, of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow of the late Nicholas L. Cousins (Master Cooper) being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make, publish, and declared, this as, and for my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary, dispositions by me, at any time heretofore made. I hereby appoint George R. Williams of St John's aforesaid Commission Merchant, Executor of this my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of March A.D. Nineteen hundred and twenty four. LAVINIA COUSENS. SIGNED
Published and Declared by the above named LAVINIA COUSENS, as and for her last
will and testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time,
who at her request, and in her presence, have hereunto subscribed our names
