Will of John Joseph Cotter In re This is the last Will and Testament of me, John Joseph Cotter of Duckworth Street, St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Druggist made at St. John’s the 25th day of December A. D. 1924. I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint my wife, Louisa Cotter to be the Executrix of this my will. I give devise and bequeath my house, No 74 Duckworth Street, St. John’s and all my other property of every description and wheresoever situate to my said wife, Louisa Cotter. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my will the day and year first above written. JOHN COTTER. Signed published and declared by the above named John Cotter as and for his last will and testament in our presence both being present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
