          DENNIS COTTER

THIS IS the last will and testament of me Dennis Cotter of Nagles Hill near St John's Farmer.

1. I appoint my sister Fannie Mealey wife of Patrick Mealey of Saint John's Butcher executrix of this my will.
2. I give and bequeath to the said Fannie Mealey for her use during her life the eastern half of my farm situate at Nagles Hill near Saint John's Aforesaid together with the dwelling house and farm buildings thereon. On the death of the said Fannie Mealey I give devise and bequeath the said eastern half of my said farm to my nephew John Mealey son of the said Fannie Mealey forever and absolutely.
3. I give devise and bequeath to the said Fannie Mealey forever and absolutely the western half of my said farm and all other my property moneys estate and effects of every description.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 15^th day of March Anno DOMINI one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.

AND DECLARED by the said testator as and
for his last will and testament in the presence
of us who at his request in his presence and
in the presence of each other (all present at
the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses. The same having been first read over
and explained to the said testator and approved
by him.
