Will of Dennis Cotter, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 271 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

          DENNIS COTTER

THIS IS the last will and testament of me Dennis Cotter of Nagles Hill near St John's Farmer.

  1. I appoint my sister Fannie Mealey wife of Patrick Mealey of Saint John's Butcher executrix of this my will.
  2. I give and bequeath to the said Fannie Mealey for her use during her life the eastern half of my farm situate at Nagles Hill near Saint John's Aforesaid together with the dwelling house and farm buildings thereon. On the death of the said Fannie Mealey I give devise and bequeath the said eastern half of my said farm to my nephew John Mealey son of the said Fannie Mealey forever and absolutely.
  3. I give devise and bequeath to the said Fannie Mealey forever and absolutely the western half of my said farm and all other my property moneys estate and effects of every description.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 15th day of March Anno DOMINI one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.
