Will of Margaret Costigan Last Will of Margaret Costigan Whereas my husband Michael Costigan (or Costan) late of the Riverhead of Harbor Grace, deceased, bequeathed to me all and singular his dwelliing house and all the land adjoining said dwelling house for ever said land being bounded on the south by land belonging to John Sheridan, on the north by the southside main road on the east by land belonging to John Costigan, on the west by Janie Quirk's land now know all men by these presents that I Margaret Costigan (or Costan) wife of said Michael Costigan do hereby make and declare this to be my last will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath my dwelling house and land above described unto James Thughrue my nephew in law and to his heirs for ever As witness my hand and seal at Riverhead Harbor Grace aforesaid this twenty second day of February A.D. 1889 Margaret X Costigan. Signed sealed and declared in presence of us who at the request of said Margaret Costigan and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto.
