Will of Joseph Corrigan In re This is the last will and Testament of
me Joseph Corrigan of Trepassey in the District of Placentia St. Marys
Fisherman I revoke all former wills at any time heretofore made by me.
My will is that my wife Mary is to be provided as follows. I devise and
bequeath to my wife all my property both real and personal while she
lives, and after her death to go to my sons: as follows. I devise and
bequeath, a piece of ground about one acre more or less situate in the
Dock, between William Molloy’s and ground owned by James
Butler to my son John. I also leave to my son John the House he now occupies
together with garden & outhouses also a garden below the road & 25
yds on the upper side of road half the beach to my son John & other
half to my son James. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
