Will of Patrick Corbett from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 471 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
PATRICK CORBETT.

This is the last will and testament of me Patrick Corbett of Chapels Cove in the District of Harbour Main I give devise and bequeath to my son Bart Corbett half my land on the back of the house my son Bart Corbett is to have the soudwest part also my son Bart Corbett is to have half my land at third pond he is to have the soudwest part of the third pond land also I bequeath to my son Bart Corbett the pond garden My son Patrick Corbett is to have the nordeast part of the land on the back of the house and the nordeast part of my land at third pond also my son Patrick Corbett is to have half the house until my wife Anora Corbett die and then it become his I give devise and bequeath to my wife Anora Corbett half my house and the cabbage garden until her death while she hold my name but if she change her name she have no furder clame my son Patrick Corbett is to look after his mother Anora Corbett and after her death the half of the house that she posess is to his and also the Cabbage garden My son Bart Corbett is to have the youse of the house until he get married and then he got no furder claim he is to build a house of his own.

I leave my Cart wheels for the use of boat Pat and Bart.

My son Patrick is to have the stable and sellar Bart is to have the use of stable and cellar until he get one.

This will revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this writing to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 9th day of February in the year of Our Lord nintene hundred fifteen.

PATRICK X CORBETT. Signed by the Thomas Hawco the testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribed our names as witnesses.
