Will of Thomas Cook from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 508 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me, Thomas Cook of St. John's farmer. I appoint Tasker Cook of St. John's, farmer, my son, executor of this my will. I will and bequeath my farm and stock and all my property goods and effects except as hereinafter provided to my said son Tasker Cook. I bequeath to my grand-daughter Hilda Cook the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00). I bequeath to my daughter, Bessie Chaytor the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). I will and bequeath my house and the land on which it is built to my grandson, Tasker Cook. I will and bequeath my household furniture to my wife, Elizabeth Cook. Witness my hand at St. John's this 16th day of November 1922.
Signed published and declared by me as my last will
and testament at St. John's in the presence of the undersigned who in my presence
and the presence of each other have subscribed their names as witnesses. (Having
