Will of Robert William Brooks Cooch
from Newfoundland will books volume 10 pages 402-403 probate year 1916

In re
      ROBERT WILLIAM BROOKS COOCH      deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Robert William Brooks Cooch of 6 Durlston Road Kingston-on-Thames in the County of Surrey Gentleman I hereby bequeath devise and give all my property & worldly goods and possessions and all other real and personal property either in possession reversion remainder or expectancy to my dear wife Mary Cooch for her life I desire that my daughter Lilian Mary Brooks Cooch shall share with her mother the income so derived so long as she remains unmarried and lives with her mother
In the event of my wifes death I desire that the income derived from my share of property in Saint John’s Newfoundland shall revert to my said daughter Lilian for her life if unmarried but that in the event of her marriage or at her death the income shall be equally divided between my four children as also my plate furniture and pictures or the legal representatives of such as are dead viz 1. William Albert Brooks Cooch     2. Lilian Mary Brooks Cooch     3. Edward Kirkley Brooks Cooch and 4. Percy Howard Brooks Cooch and
I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Percy Howard Brooks Cooch sole executor of this my last will and testament made this twenty second day of June one thousand nine hundred and fourteen    In witness of which I the said Robert William Brooks Cooch have hereunto affixed my name and seal-    Robert William Brooks Cooch (LS)    6 Durlston Road Kingston on Thames Surrey June 22nd 1914-    Signed by the said testator Robert William Brooks Cooch in the presence of us present at the same time who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator and of each other this 22nd day of June 1914-
