In re DECEASED.
ELIZABETH CONWAY.
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Elizabeth Conway, of St. John's
in the island of Newfoundland, widow, I revoke all former wills by me at any
time made and I appoint my son George, the Executor of this
my will.
I will and direct that my just debts and my funeral and testamentary
expenses shall be first paid out of my estate. I give and bequeath all the
property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed, including in particular my
land and house on Macklin Place, St. John's, my household furniture and any
cash in Bank to my three children George, Charles and Violet in
equal shares between them as tenants in common for their own use absolutely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this Thirteenth
day of November A.D. 1917.
MRS ELIZABETH CONWAY.
SIGNED PUBLISHED and DECLARED by the testatrix as and for her last will
and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in
her presence and at her request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting
the due execution hereof.
