In re DECEASED.
JOHN CONNORS.
THIS is the last will and testament of me John Connors of Saint John's in
the Island of Newfoundland Cooper.
1. I give devise and bequeath as follows. To Annie Connors of Saint
John's wife of Timothy Conners of the same place Motor Mechanic the sum of
fifty five dollars.
To my son John Connors of St. John's aforesaid
Cooper all the rest residue and remainder of my property estate and effects
forever absolutely.
2. I hereby appoint my said son John Connors executor of this my will.
WITNESS my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 23rd day of
September Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty four.
SIGNED (by making his mark thereto)
Published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament
in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence
of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses.
Having been first read over and explained to the said
testator and approved by him.
