Will of John Connolly Last Will and Testament of The last will and testament of John Connolly of Trinity. I John Connolly do hereby make this my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to Mr. Arthur Power my dwelling house on the west side of Trinity & personal effects in house on north side. I will to Thomas Connolly all property not otherwise disposed of. I will to the Rev. Fr. Lynch one hundred dollars ($100.00) for masses for my soul. I will to Rev. Fr. Lynch four hundred dollars ($400.00) This amount is in trust for Trinity R. C. Church I will to A. Power twenty eight dollars for a headstone for myself and wife. I will the balance of my money to Rev. Fr. Lynch for church (R Catholic) at Trinity. Signed and delivered at Trinity this 9th day of July 1899 in presence of the following witnesses (sgd) John his x mark Connolly witnesses (sgd) Margaret Clark. (Sgd) Thomas Sullivan. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of John Connolly deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
