Last Will and Testament of
Catherine Connell of St. John's
Married woman deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Catherine Connell at present of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland made this 18th day of April A.D. 1891. I devise and bequeath to my Executor hereinafter mentioned all my property of every description whatsoever of which I shall die possessed to hold the same until my youngest child shall have attained the age of twenty five years. And during the time that shall elapse between my death and the said coming of age of my said child my said Executor shall apply the rents and profits of my said property annually to the support of my four sons James John Thomas and Edward and on the attainment of my youngest son to the said age of twenty five my said executor shall sell my said property and divide the proceeds of the same equally amongst my said four sons I give devise and bequeath the piano in my house and a suit of bed room furniture to my daughter Catherine. I appoint he Honorable E. P. Morris executor of this my will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name by affixing my mark at St. John's aforesaid the day and year first above written having been first read over and explained. (Sgd) Catherine her x mark Connell. Signed in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. (Sgd) Robert Flinn. (Sgd) E. P. Morris
