Will of Samuel Congdon In re This the last will and Testament of me Samuel Congdon Master Shipwright of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland made this the fifth day of April (Anno Domini) one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine I hereby revoke all other wills and Codicils, made or purporting to have been made by me) And after my decease, I appoint my Daughter Mary Stevenson, to be my sole Executor and Trustee to this my will, after her decease to my Grand daughter Jeniford C. Stevenson, both of Harbor Grace in this Island of Newfoundland. I leave and bequeath to them and their heirs or assigns all my right and title and interest in the house and lands and appurtenances belonging to me and not encumbered with all privileges rights of ways and water courses) viz to and in that pieces and parcel of Land bounded as follows on the East by Henry Wiseman on the west by Thomas and George Kitchen and on the south by Thomas Wells - Also to and in that piece and parcel of land bought by me from John Martin & son situated in Harbour Grace in this Island of Newfoundland and bounded as follow viz - on the west by part of and premises on the north by the Late Henry Wiseman on the East by the said Samuel Congdon and on the south by Thomas and George Kitchen. Also all my furniture and effects belonging to me I will to them for ever Samuel Congdon (LS) witnesses James R. Moss Arthur C.
