Will of Edward Condon In re Newfoundland Southern District Aquaforte This is the last will and Testament of me, Edward Condon of Aquaforte in the Electoral District of Ferryland, Fisherman farmer I appoint my wife Caroline Jones or Condon to be my sole Executrix. I give, devise and bequeath to her for her sole use and benefit and disposal, at her death to my wife Caroline Jones or Condon all my property moveable and unmovable consisting of land marked No 1 in my grant running from the Main Road at Aquaforte to the water front and all property thereon house, stores, stage etc and all my furniture, cattle, sheep etc. etc. I give, devise and bequeath, either during my wifes lifetime if she think fit or after her death to Arthur Gaham all that piece or parcel of land with buildings thereon marked No 2 in my grant stretching from the Main Road to the harbour road leading to the Pool - for his sole use and benefit. The land occupied by the late Mrs Flynn during her life time running from the Main Road to the water side and situate on the west side of the Road leading to my house and to the east of George Crofts property I give devise and bequeath in equal shares to John Condon, Wm. Gaham, John Croft & Robert Brien of Pat. In witness whereof I the said Edward Condon have to this my last will and Testament set my name this fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and sixteen - Edward Condon - Signed by the testator in the presence of us, present at the same time who at his request in his presence & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
