Will of Daniel Condon from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 470 probate year 1890 Last will and testament This is the last will and testament of me Daniel Condon Ship carpenter. I will devise and bequeath to my wife all my estate of every description monies and securities for money share debentures and interests on ships, for her support and the support of my children, and after her death my executors hereinafter mentioned shall hold the same for the support of my children. I appoint Mr. John Kearney my sons Michael and Robert executors of this my last will. I ratify and confirm any trust deeds I may at any time have made. Signed published and declared as and for my last will and testament this 22nd day of April A.D. 1889 Daniel Condon witness D. Jos. Greene John J. Kearney. I certify the foregoing a correct copy of the last will and testament of Daniel Condon. Registrar.
