Will of Mary Comerford In re This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Comerford of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Spinster. I give devise and bequeath unto John Wickford Hayes of King’s Bridge, Saint John’s aforesaid Grocer, all property of every description, both real and personal, of which I may die possessed, and I hereby appoint the said John Wickford Hayes to be the Executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Mary Comerford have hereunto subscribed my name, by making my mark this 11th day of June A.D. 1909. Mary her x mark Comerford. Signed Published and Declared by the said Mary Comerford, by making her mark, as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who, at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - the said last will and Testament being first read over and explained to the said Testatrix and she fully understood the contents of the same John Eagan Charles H. Emerson Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
